As recruitment specialists we collect and process personal data to enable us conduct our recruitment business, by assisting our clients attract suitable applicants to fill job vacancies.
If you are a client our legal basis for collecting and using your personal information is:

The type of personal information we collect from applicants is limited only to that which is necessary such as, your full name, age, address, email address, driving licence information and a current CV.
We do not request any sensitive information from applicants, we strongly advise you to check that you have not made any reference to information of a sensitive or serious nature before uploading your CV. This might include any reference to, Race, Ethnicity, Religion, Membership of a Trades Union, Genetics, Biometrics, Health, Sex Life or Sexual Orientation. Such issues may well be touched upon when completing job application forms, during interviews, or when agreeing terms with prospective employers, we do not process this type of personal data on their behalf.
When you register with us as an applicant or candidate and your personal data is listed as such. Once we have successfully placed you with an employer your personal data is updated to reflect the change. We contact every applicant annually to ascertain if they still wish to remain registered with us, and to ensure the personal data we hold is accurate and up to date.
Who do we share your information with?
We do share your personal information with potential employers, but only with your consent. We do not share your personal information with anyone else. The only exception might be if a lawful request was made by a law enforcement authority, such as the police or HMRC.
The period for which we will keep your information
We will retain your personal information for no longer than is necessary for our business purposes. We are legally obliged to retain some records, such as those used for accounting which in most instances will be for at least seven years.
Transferring your information internationally
All of our clients are based within the UK. We do not transfer personal data to clients in other countries either within or outside of the European Economic Area.
We acknowledge your right to be informed also to request confirmation regarding the personal data we hold about you, your right to be provided with copies, also a number of other rights such as a request for us to stop processing your personal data or to have it removed from our data base.
